Traffic Signal Maintenance on Dorset Street and Williston Road in South Burlington

South Burlington, VT - The traffic signals on Dorset Street from Kennedy Drive to Williston Road, and 2 intersections on Williston Road at White Street and Hinesburg Road, will be undergoing maintenance beginning Thursday, January 31 and continuing for 2-3 weeks thereafter. New signal timing plans will be installed and monitored during this period to improve traffic flow and safety at these intersections. Motorists should expect changes in signal operation during this period.

This optimization program is an initiative of the Chittenden County Metropolitan Planning Organization. The CCMPO was established in 1982. It is a federally funded, locally controlled agency that plans, prioritizes and coordinates the use of federal, state and local transportation funds in Chittenden County and its 18 municipalities.
