To Find Data From:
Annual Average Daily Traffic Map The Annual Average Daily Traffic (AADT) volumes represent the amount of traffic occuring on roads on an average day of the given year. The data is collected on traffic counting machines called ATRs (Automatic Traffic Recorders), which utilise pneumatic rubber tubes to summarise the number and type of vehicles (e.g. cars, buses, or trucks).
Turning Movement Traffic Map The Turning Movement counts represent traffic occurring at Intersections. The data is collected by staff utilising hand-held traffic count boards, configured to look like road intersections. Among data collected are; cars, trucks, buses, pedestrians, and bicyclists.
